ART – Members can access their accounts 24 hours a day through ART, our telephone audio response system, by calling 330-832-4384. With ART members can check account balances, see cleared checks, deposits, transfer funds, and more.

OBIE....Online Banking Is Easy – You can access your account anywhere there’s Internet access through our Online Banking service. Now checking on your account balances, transferring funds, reviewing cleared checks, and much more is just a click away! This is a free service for our members.

E-Statements – You can sign up for e-statements and receive your statements electronically. No more waiting for your statements in the mail. E-statements are convenient and easy to use. Sign up now for this great service.

Online Bill Pay – Why waste a stamp paying your bills? You can take advantage of our Online Bill Pay and pay your bills directly from you checking account. Unlimited transactions and no service charge make this the best deal around!

Overdraft Privilege – You can stop worrying about inadvertently overdrawing your checking account. We now offer Overdraft Privilege for our members who accounts are in good standing. We will consider paying the check, ACH, ATM and Debit Card transactions if an overdraft occurs on your account up to the overdraft limit of $600. When you visit our ATMs it will show your “Balance” - funds available in your account - and your “Available Balance” - funds available in your account plus the Overdraft Privilege limit of $600. If you utilize our Overdraft Privilege we will notify you that an overdraft has occurred and we will charge you the same fee ($25) that we would charge to return it to the merchant. You will then have 30 days to bring your account to a positive balance. We encourage our members to keep track of their account balances, but in the event that an overdraft does occur, you know that your credit union is here to help!

ATM – Both of our locations have drive-up ATMs to allow you to access your funds quickly and easily.

MasterMoney Debit Card – With your debit card things will be easy. Shopping is hassle free because when you use your debit card your purchases are paid for at the point of sale. The money is electronically deducted from your checking account. You MasterMoney Debit Card is also your ATM card. You can use it to deposit or withdraw money at any ATM.

WWW.EZCARDINFO.COM – VISA cardholders can access their VISA transaction history for FREE through this secure online service. Access your VISA account anytime, anywhere.

Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is simply a way of having payments you normally receive by check sent directly to us, where they are automatically deposited into an account of your choice. It means convenience, safety, and added dividends for you.

Payroll Deduction
Payroll Deduction is available to any member whose company participates with MACU in the payroll deduction plan. You decide what amount you should save each payday. Payroll Deduction can put money into any MACU account. Money can be designated for your Credit Union loan payments. You can even have money deposited into accounts for your spouse and children.

Discount Amusement Park Tickets
Get discounts tickets to all of Ohio's best amusement parks: Cedar Point, Kings Island and Geauga Lake. If you don't use the tickets by the end of the season, return them for a full refund of the purchase price.

Money Orders
You can also request a Money Order at the Credit Union’s Main Office or Branch Office for only 50 cents per money order.
